Responsibilities:
– Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all facilities.
– Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
– Comply with infection control policies and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
– Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests by providing outstanding customer service.
– Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
– Exhibit a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to facilitate daily operations.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
– Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and maintain mobility by standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
– Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
– Comfort working in proximity to cleaning products.
– Proficiency in following both oral and written instructions, and performing daily routine tasks.
– Residency within the service area is required.
