Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas by adhering to established procedures and safety standards.
  • Document cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervision.
  • Implement infection control and universal precautions protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and engage in standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Willingness to work with cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and maintain routine, daily tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
