Job Description
Job Title: Security Guard Part Time Patrol
Company: Allied Universal
Location: Brighton, MI
Pay: $17.25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.25 for a “Security Guard Part Time Patrol” position in Brighton, MI is somewhat competitive but slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. As of 2023, security guard salaries typically range from $15 to $22 per hour in Michigan, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employer. While $17.25 is within the range, it may not be particularly attractive for job seekers, especially if competitors are offering higher wages or additional benefits. However, local living costs and employment demand can also influence perceptions of this rate. Overall, to attract quality candidates, the employer might consider adjusting the pay to align more closely with the upper end of the prevailing wage scale in the area.
