Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to guarantee a sanitary environment.
  • Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Execute all additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and remain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and ability to work around them.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions daily.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
