Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $15.25 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.25 to $16 for the caregiver role in Detroit, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges between $16 and $20 per hour depending on the level of care required and the caregiver’s experience. In Michigan specifically, caregivers often earn around $14 to $18 per hour, making this pay range competitive yet on the lower end of the spectrum. Cost of living adjustments, local demand for caregivers, and the specific duties associated with the role can further influence competitiveness, but overall, the given rate may attract candidates seeking entry-level opportunities rather than those with more experience or specialized skills.
