Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation of all areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Implement infection control and universal precautions policies to sustain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership while performing daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Comfort working around cleaning products.
  • Competence in following oral and written instructions to perform daily tasks effectively.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
