AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.25 to $16.00 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Dearborn Heights, MI, is generally in line with industry standards for similar roles in the region. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer. This rate is competitive, particularly for entry-level positions, and reflects the ongoing demand for caregiving services, especially in light of an aging population.
