Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing food and serving our guests. This position requires adherence to our high standards of quality and safety to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in accordance with established recipes and specifications, ensuring proper portioning and utilization of food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times or as dictated by time and temperature guidelines.
• Comply with food safety standards and promptly report any concerns regarding food deliveries or preparation practices.
• Maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere by embracing fun and upbeat interactions with team members and guests.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations through outstanding service.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful working relationship with colleagues and management, acting as a supportive team player.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand with enthusiasm.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to uphold high standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security protocols to provide a safe environment for everyone.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
