AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a Floor Tech in Sterling Heights, MI, it’s important to consider various factors, including local cost of living, prevailing wages in the cleaning and maintenance sector, and demand for this role. As of late 2023, the typical hourly wage for floor technicians in similar regions generally ranges from $15 to $25, depending on experience, employer type, and specific responsibilities. If the reported rate falls within this range, it would be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards.
