WHAT YOU’LL DO
Under general direction, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff regarding CRM products. Your role will involve working independently, applying the most effective and cost-efficient business practices to execute processes while continuously evaluating their effectiveness. You will exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing your work and will regularly monitor performance and report status to your manager. Your technical proficiency and performance will align with the experienced level of all Clinical Specialists in the region.
– Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
– Demonstrate your ability to cultivate and maintain credible relationships with customers, sharing product expertise as appropriate.
– Identify and communicate customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives, directors, and management to influence sales growth and account service.
– Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for the most complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all CRM products and related technical aspects.
– Develop, lead, and facilitate training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
– Offer insight, guidance, and feedback to management regarding market trends and components of next-generation products.
– Provide regional CRM implant case coverage.
In addition, you will offer support to CRM Sales Representatives in the following areas:
– Sales support
– Regional training seminars
– Clinical studies and data collection
– Troubleshooting
– New product in-service training for physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
– Mentorship and leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
– Continuous development of engineering, sales, and technical skills in alignment with the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy, leveraging opportunities for learning from senior sales personnel and management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience, with the requirement to obtain certification on SJMSC CRM products.
– A minimum of 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
– Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology and electro-physiology, including cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
– Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols and procedures, along with advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
– Ability to apply engineering skills to interpret and resolve complex clinical issues.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Proficiency in collaboration with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve designated goals, along with the capability to coordinate multiple assignments effectively.
– Comprehensive personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software for creating presentation materials.
