Job Description
Job Title: Breakfast Server
Company: Holiday Inn
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard for similar hospitality roles in the region. As of 2023, the average pay for restaurant servers in Michigan often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, not including tips, which can significantly boost total earnings. Given the cost of living and competitive job market in Grand Rapids, this rate may not attract the best talent or retain employees in a sector that often sees high turnover. Therefore, while $15 per hour may meet minimum wage requirements, it may be less competitive compared to what other employers are offering for similar positions.
