AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Front Desk Coordinator” role in Warren, MI, it is essential to understand the industry’s standard compensation for similar positions in that geographic area. Generally, front desk coordinators in Michigan earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and the specific industry. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 can enhance the offer’s attractiveness, but it’s crucial to weigh this against the hourly wage. If the hourly rate offered is within or slightly above this range, the overall compensation package could be considered competitive, especially if other benefits are included. However, if the rate is significantly below the average for the region or industry, it may not be appealing to potential candidates. Thus, assessing the full compensation package alongside local market trends is crucial for determining competitiveness.
