Job Title: Bartender

Company: Upshift

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay: $15 – 20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $20 for bartenders in Farmington Hills, MI, is generally competitive within the context of the broader U.S. service industry and aligns with regional standards, particularly considering that Michigan’s minimum wage is around $10.10 per hour (as of October 2023). While larger cities or upscale establishments may offer rates at the higher end of that spectrum, many bartenders also earn tips that can significantly enhance their overall income, making the effective hourly earnings potentially higher. Overall, this pay range is reasonable, especially for entry-level positions or smaller venues, though experienced bartenders in busy or high-end establishments might expect higher compensation.
