Job Title: Caregiver/STNA In-training

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Muskegon, MI

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 to $16.96 for a Caregiver/STNA In-training position in Muskegon, MI, is generally competitive but somewhat below the average range for similar roles in the region. According to industry standards, caregiver salaries can vary widely based on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job, with many positions typically paying between $15 to $20 per hour or more. In Muskegon, factors such as local cost of living and demand for caregiving professionals play a crucial role, but this rate suggests that while it may attract candidates, it may not be sufficient to retain them long-term, especially considering the rising costs of living in Michigan.
