KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional purchase experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for effective follow-up, and providing outstanding customer service to establish enduring business relationships. • Maintain a solid understanding of vehicle valuations, finance products, and Fox Motors’ programs.
• Adhere to Fox processes during vehicle delivery to ensure a seamless experience.
• Introduce customers to the various highlights and offerings of the dealership.
• Aid in the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the environment remains welcoming and presentable.
