Responsibilities:
– Execute daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines.
– Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor.
– Follow infection control and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
– Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
– Maintain a positive attitude while effectively communicating with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
– Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
– Proficient in performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
– Capable of working around cleaning products.
– Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and complete routine tasks consistently.
– Residency within the service area is required.
