Job Title: Caregiver/STNA In-training

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 – $16.96 for the “Caregiver/STNA In-training” role in Grand Rapids, MI, is relatively competitive, although it may be slightly on the lower end when compared to broader industry standards for caregiver positions in the area. According to recent data, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from around $14 to $20 per hour, with variations based on experience, specific facility, and additional certifications. Given the growing demand for healthcare support roles, particularly in-home caregiving, the rates offered appear to align closely with entry-level positions, offering a reasonable entry point for individuals seeking to gain experience while training for STNA certification. However, potential candidates might expect higher compensation, especially if they have previous experience or additional certifications.
