Job Title: (Student) Student Center Athletic Asst

Company: Davenport University

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $12 – 12.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $12.50 for the role of (Student) Student Center Athletic Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered competitive for entry-level or part-time positions, particularly for students who may not have extensive experience. However, it is relatively low compared to the average hourly wage for similar roles in the athletic and recreational sectors, which can range from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on the responsibilities and the organization. While the rate aligns with expectations for student employment, it may not fully reflect the cost of living or industry standards for slightly more experienced candidates in the area. Overall, this pay range may be acceptable for students seeking flexible work during their studies, but may need to be adjusted for retention and competitiveness in the local job market.
