Position Summary:
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our valued guests. You will help uphold our commitment to quality by adhering to our rigorous food safety and preparation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in accordance with specified recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation guidelines.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours and ensure compliance with time and temperature standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, reporting any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
• Foster a fun and positive atmosphere at all times.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with management and team members, promoting a respectful and cooperative working relationship.
• Serve as an ambassador for the QDOBA brand.
• Monitor food quality and take necessary actions to maintain high standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company expectations and embody professionalism in all interactions.
• Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies to create a safe environment for all.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
• Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Provide service to guests while adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of all workstations.
