In this role, you will manage land projects through the entitlement process, ensuring that scheduled milestones for plat recording, development permit acquisition, and subdivision improvement and utility plans are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities related to project due diligence, feasibility budgets, scheduling, planning, entitlements, and budgeting processes while supporting the programs established by the Area management team.
  • Assign and supervise due diligence projects within the designated business unit or geographic area.
  • Evaluate project risks and contribute to the establishment of feasibility budgets and schedules for consulting and engineering development activities.
  • Coordinate project management activities with the Division VP and Operations Team to facilitate timely project initiation.
  • Manage all aspects of the land development budget to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor compliance with vital documentation such as SWPPP, NOI, NOT, and other permits.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff while managing Homeowners Association (HOA) activities for assigned projects.
  • Review Purchase Agreements for necessary entitlement deal points and ensure compliance with contractual terms, assisting in coordinating joint development agreements or joint venture management responsibilities.

  • Employ recruiting and selection processes to build organizational talent.

Required Education:
