Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – $1,500K Sign on Bonus

Company: North American Dental Group

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $1500 per month

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate implied by a monthly salary of $1,500 is approximately $8.65 per hour, which is significantly below the industry standard for a Front Desk Coordinator position. Typically, hourly wages for similar roles in Warren, MI, and across the United States usually range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and company size. Therefore, while the mention of a “$1,500K sign-on bonus” might seem enticing, the base salary itself is not competitive and does not align with typical market rates for this role in the area.
