Our restaurant, a prominent feature of the hotel, is renowned for its innovative cuisine, extensive beverage selection, and elegant ambiance.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant team, ensuring that each guest enjoys a flawless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet facilities to guarantee seamless and efficient service.
  • Guest Experience: Uphold the highest service standards, delivering an exceptional dining experience that consistently exceeds guest expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and concerns.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Schedule and manage staff to ensure appropriate coverage during peak service periods.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and update seasonal menus, emphasizing quality, presentation, and market trends to provide a unique and refined culinary experience.
  • Inventory & Budget Management: Manage operating budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and maintain accurate inventory controls. Enhance revenue through strategic upselling, promotions, and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining compliance with local and state food safety regulations.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage special events, private dining, and large group bookings in close collaboration with the sales and events team to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
  • Vendor Relationships: Negotiate contracts and cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality ingredients and products at competitive prices.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a Food & Beverage Manager role, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
