As the Manager of Incentive Planning, you will play a critical role in designing and managing incentive programs that drive sales, optimize costs, and enhance customer loyalty. Your efforts will be essential in aligning our incentive strategies with our business objectives and market dynamics.

The Role:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in incentive planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine incentive offerings and sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Financial Services, Marketing, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure incentive programs align with corporate objectives and product launch strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive incentive programs that balance market competitiveness, costs, and sales outcomes, including presentation materials for both executive leadership and retail staff.
  • Oversee the creation and standardization of all incentive program documentation for distribution to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of incentive programs, utilizing data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments and enhance effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on incentive program performance and key performance indicators for senior management on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage the budget for incentive programs to ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
  • Oversee the reporting and payout processes for the sales commission program.
  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in incentive planning, financial services, sales operations, or related roles within the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of automotive finance.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective incentive programs that drive sales and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with PIN+, S&P Global, MotorIntelligence, and ALG.
