Job description:
The Dietary Aide / Server plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for older adults through engaging and positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve meals to residents and guests while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor.
– Accurately take and process meal orders, ensuring attention to detail.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is preferred.
– The ability to engage in frequent stooping and bending, and to lift up to fifty (50) pounds is required.
