As a Team Member & Cook at QDOBA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. We are seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-focused individuals who share a passion for great food and enjoy engaging with customers.

Position Summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while maintaining high-quality standards in accordance with our quality and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during high-volume periods and ensure compliance with time and temperature guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proactively report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a fun working environment at all times.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, maintaining a respectful and cooperative working relationship.
• Act as an ambassador for QDOBA, promoting our brand and values.
• Monitor the quality of food products and take necessary actions to uphold our quality standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and demonstrate professionalism consistently.
• Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment for all.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests with enthusiasm upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Serve guests while following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, ensuring they are adequately stocked.
