Shifts: 12 PM – 8 PM or 4 PM – 8 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Champion: Greet every customer with a smile, provide assistance, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor Specialist: Maintain well-stocked shelves, attractive displays, and overall cleanliness to make our store the premier destination for convenience.
  • Upselling Expert: Enhance the customer experience by skillfully recommending complementary products, contributing to our sales objectives through targeted suggestive selling.
  • Brand Advocate: Promote our loyalty rewards program and its exclusive benefits, building lasting relationships with customers through your enthusiasm and engagement.
  • Cash Handling Professional: Manage transactions efficiently and accurately at the register while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Safety Advocate: Uphold a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO; all other states require a minimum age of 21.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, adapting to the demands of a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and compliance with a criminal history background check are required.
