POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation and guest service, ensuring that we uphold our high standards of quality and safety in all that we do.

Job Functions:

  • Prepare food in accordance with specifications, utilizing approved recipes and adhering to proper portioning and food prep logs/tools.
  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak service periods and in alignment with time and temperature guidelines.
  • Follow food safety standards diligently and report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
  • Maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for both yourself and your teammates.
  • Aim to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Function as a team player, fostering a cooperative and respectful relationship with management and fellow team members.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for QDOBA.
  • Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure consistency.
  • Present yourself in a manner that meets company standards for professionalism.
  • Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe environment for all.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Warmly welcome all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
  • Serve guests according to recipe and preparation guidelines.
  • Keep all stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
