Responsibilities

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying a maximum of 50 pounds, pushing and pulling a maximum of 50 pounds, and remaining standing, sitting, bending, or walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following both oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
