As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with and assisting all customers, embodying our customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. In this versatile role, you may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify exemplary customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is provided according to established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer value.
– Uphold the merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Efficiently prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Proactively engage in store recovery as required throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to foster a supportive work environment.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support shrink reduction initiatives and participate in safety awareness to maintain a secure store environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
– Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
– Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask effectively.
