Position Summary
- Heavy Housekeeper / Floor Technician: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hard surfaces and carpets, including dusting, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and extraction in various areas such as offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and dining rooms. Duties also include collecting trash, recycling, and soiled linen, ensuring proper disposal, and potentially performing outside cleaning duties.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the safe and correct usage of cleaning solutions while adhering to safety guidelines. Report any equipment or product issues to your supervisor promptly. Maintain established safety and quality standards and follow infection control protocols to achieve a sanitary environment.
- Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance with timely arrival and completion of assigned cleaning tasks as per schedule.
- Customer Experience: Demonstrate courtesy and cooperation with supervisors, colleagues, and client staff, fostering a positive representation of HCSG.
- Resident Interaction: Engage positively and tactfully with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Qualifications
- Exhibits a positive attitude and the ability to follow both oral and written instructions while performing routine, repetitive tasks.
