Job description:

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Banquet Server to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. Responsibilities

  • Set up tables in accordance with banquet event orders
  • Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently; monitor and replenish buffet lines as necessary
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, addressing any complaints promptly
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to alcoholic beverages
  • Dismantle event setups following company protocols

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in taking food and beverage orders and fulfilling them accurately

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk, including navigating stairs, for the duration of the shift
  • Capacity to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures and conditions
