  • Conduct quality checks on products to confirm freshness, reviewing sell-by dates, and taking necessary actions.
  • Proficiently use kitchen equipment, espresso machines, blenders, computerized scales, and steamers.
  • Label, stock, and manage inventory for department merchandise.
  • Report any discrepancies in product ordering or shipping to the department manager.
  • Stay informed about current, upcoming, seasonal, and special promotions.
  • Uphold safety standards by adhering to safety protocols, identifying unsafe conditions, and notifying store management; comply with all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Engage in preventive maintenance by regularly inspecting equipment and notifying the respective department or store manager of any repair needs.
  • Promptly notify management of any customer or employee incidents; report all safety hazards, concerns, or illegal activities, including robbery, theft, or fraud to store management.
