Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise all Housekeeping and Laundry Aides.
– Develop and oversee a comprehensive cleaning schedule that encompasses all areas of the facility.
– Ensure that cleaning products, equipment, and procedures comply with all applicable regulations.
– Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for all cleaning products used.
– Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling chemical substances.
– Create and manage staffing and supply budgets.
– Prepare and submit reports as required.
– Facilitate the participation of housekeeping staff in relevant in-service training sessions.
– Attend and actively participate in facility meetings related to Infection Control, Safety, and Quality Improvement, as assigned.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– A minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping experience in an institutional setting.
