Job Title: Server

Company: Life Care Services

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay: $16 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $18 for a server role in Farmington Hills, MI, is relatively competitive when considering both local and national standards. Typically, servers in the U.S. may earn between $12 and $20 per hour, with many in lower-cost living areas earning closer to the lower end of that spectrum. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Farmington Hills, this rate aligns well with the state’s minimum wage laws and reflects market conditions that can include tips, which are a significant part of a server’s income. Overall, this pay scale seems reasonable for the area, although individual earnings may vary based on experience, establishment type, and customer volume.
