Job Title: Valet Attendant | FT

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for a “Valet Attendant” role in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national and regional standards for similar positions. As of 2023, valet attendants in the United States typically earn between $13 to $20 per hour, often with additional tips, which can significantly increase total earnings. In Michigan, the average wage for valet attendants tends to hover around $15 to $17 per hour. Therefore, $12 per hour may not be competitive and could struggle to attract quality candidates, especially considering the responsibilities associated with customer service and vehicle management in the hospitality industry.
