KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Consultant holds a trusted position, dedicated to delivering remarkable purchasing experiences. In this role, you will engage with customers to consult and provide assistance, leverage dealership systems for follow-up, and deliver exceptional customer service that supports our long-term business goals.   • Greet and assist customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Stay informed on the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
  • Provide detailed specifications about vehicle performance, safety, and benefits.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features to prospective customers.
  • Utilize dealership systems for comprehensive pre and post-sale follow-ups to maintain a robust client database.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of vehicle valuations, financing options, and Fox Motors programs.
  • Ensure adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introduce customers to various dealership amenities and services.
  • Assist with showroom preparation, ensuring a well-presented selection of vehicles for customers.
