Job description:
The Custodial Services Lead Worker is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of designated areas to ensure customer and client satisfaction. This role may involve oversight and delegation of tasks within the cleaning services operation. Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and assign daily work tasks to the custodial team, leading all aspects of task completion.

– Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote the health and safety of individuals.

– Report maintenance issues through work order requests to appropriate personnel.
– Secure the facility by ensuring that buildings are locked or unlocked as needed.

Qualifications:
– Prior custodial experience is required.
– Experience in a supervisory or similar role is preferred.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
– Adaptability to meet guest needs.
