Job description:
The Custodial Services Lead Worker is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of designated areas to ensure customer and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

– Report maintenance issues through work order requests to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

– Prior custodial experience is required.
– Experience in a supervisory or similar role is preferred.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Capability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions regarding physical risks and hazardous chemicals.
– Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
– Adaptability to meet guest needs.
