Job description:
Join our dynamic overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a leader in retail construction! We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Lead to oversee a dedicated 3-person team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards during overnight shifts from Monday to Friday, from 9 PM to 6 AM. In this role, you will travel to various home improvement retail chains to install heavy steel racking, pallet racking, shelving fixtures, and manage resets and remodels. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure that each remodel exceeds expectations. Please note that this Senior Lead position is a stepping stone to the District Operations Manager role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-5 members on-site
- Conduct overnight remodels at big box retail locations
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Relocate products to new pallet racking efficiently
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Execute Plan-O-Grams as approved by store management
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics as needed
- Engage in significant physical activity, including lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
- Proficient in reading and following blueprints and Plan-O-Grams
- Retail operations experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and big box home improvement reporting programs
- Capacity to follow directions regarding product placement and rotation
- Comfort with working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Proven ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Experience in using basic hand and power tools (personal hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools required)
- Planogram experience preferred
- Background in construction is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
- Personal cell phone and email address required
- Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
- Appropriate work footwear must be worn on the job site
