Job description:

This dynamic and multifaceted position is tailored to meet the administrative and operational needs of the Mechanical Engineering (ME) department. The primary responsibilities encompass support for the undergraduate program, ME capstone-related tasks, event coordination, and general departmental assistance.

Additionally, this role includes scheduling rooms, coordinating commencement activities, managing calendars, and producing promotional materials. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and essential in enhancing the department’s operations while supporting its varied activities.

Our organization embraces a remote-friendly policy for this role, allowing employees the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week after completing the initial training period.

Minimum Requirements
