Job Description
Job Title: Guest Service Representative (4pm-12am)
Company: My Place Hotels
Location: Wixom, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.50 for a Guest Service Representative position in Wixom, MI, falls slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience and specific company policies. While the rate may be competitive for entry-level positions in some smaller markets or companies, it might not attract applicants with more experience or who might consider positions in areas with higher living costs or more robust benefits packages. Overall, while this pay range can align with the lower end of industry standards, it may limit the talent pool and could be seen as less attractive in regions where higher wages for similar roles are prevalent.
