AI Pay Analysis: To accurately assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the role of “Manufacturing Group Leader – Maintenance” in Flint, MI, it’s essential to compare it against industry standards and local market conditions. Generally, positions of this nature, which combine leadership and specialized maintenance skills within the manufacturing sector, tend to offer hourly rates ranging from $25 to $45, depending on factors like experience, company size, and specific industry. Flint, with its historical ties to automotive manufacturing, may have slightly higher competition for such roles, especially if they require advanced technical skills or management experience.
