Job description:

The Tradeshow Coordinator is responsible for executing a comprehensive, integrated strategy for trade shows. This position collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales teams to align with specific market priorities, as well as partners with brand design teams to ensure the effective representation of seasonal and brand narratives, ultimately delivering best-in-class experiences at trade shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the trade show rollout calendar and manage project needs across both CCG and NAWS events to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process expenses in compliance with project budgets, manage purchase requisitions, and input expense reports monthly to maintain budget adherence.
  • Facilitate communication processes and shared folders across business units to ensure awareness, alignment, and clarity regarding show plans, timelines, and requirements.
  • Develop creative briefs for trade show support based on strategic direction.
  • Maintain consistent communication regarding timelines, requirements, and support needs with leadership, sales, and agency partners.
  • Coordinate with external agencies on show schedules, inventory management, team logistics, booth graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Order products and samples for all trade show needs, including executing embroidery requirements.
  • Manage trade show registration and accommodation arrangements (hotels) for all Carhartt attendees.
  • Assist in the planning, confirmation, and payment of show logistics and activation activities as necessary.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field is required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing multiple small to medium projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across key functional partners (e.g., Sales, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing teams) and agency partners.
  • Experience in trade shows, events, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Working Conditions:
