POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Service Experts proactively provide a diverse array of services aimed at ensuring each guest enjoys their dining experience. This includes tasks such as setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies, all designed to make transactions seamlessly part of the overall experience.
Success in this role hinges on a few essential elements: maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding high-quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform and personal presentation are professional. Guest Service Experts must remain active and mobile, as the role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and navigating various surfaces. The ability to manage the menu effectively involves reading and visually verifying information. Additionally, a hands-on approach is necessary for tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds unaided, or 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees with actions including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Excelling in these responsibilities, along with other reasonable tasks as assigned, is vital for our Guest Service Experts to deliver excellence to our guests and contribute to our business goals consistently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than one year of relevant work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
