Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Implement infection control measures and follow universal precautions to ensure sanitation standards.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership to achieve daily objectives.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and sustain prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
  • Capacity to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Familiarity with working around cleaning products is essential.
  • Competence in following both oral and written instructions, while performing routine and repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
