Job Title: Warehouse Worker – Night Shift

Company: H.B. Fuller

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay:

AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for the “Warehouse Worker – Night Shift” role in Grand Rapids, MI, we’d need to consider current industry standards, which typically range from $15 to $22 per hour depending on experience, company size, and specific duties. As of my last update, rates are on the rise due to labor shortages and increased demand for warehouse labor, especially for night shifts. If the rate you have falls within this range or slightly above, it can be considered competitive, aligning well with industry trends. However, if it is significantly lower, it may struggle to attract candidates in the current market. Additionally, factors like benefits, overtime opportunities, and job stability also play a pivotal role in overall compensation competitiveness.
