We invite you to join our team as a Retail Fixture/Installation Crewmember, where you will play an essential role in our mission to foster a more thoughtful and caring world. We seek motivated and energetic individuals to assist in the assembly, construction, and dismantling of greeting card fixtures in retail locations.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay is $15.80 per hour, with two scheduled increases during the first year of employment (rates may vary based on work location).
  • After six months, the pay rate will increase to $16.70.
  • Following one year of continuous employment, the pay rate will rise to $17.50.
  • Employees will receive paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle.
  • Hotel accommodations and a per diem will be provided for overnight travel.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, and all necessary tools will be supplied.

Location:

  • This position is based out of Rockford, MI.

Hours:

  • Average weekly hours are approximately 15 hours, with potential for an increase to 20 hours per week around holiday periods.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays.
  • Effectively collaborate with team members and store associates.
  • Follow instructions, including planograms and diagrams.
  • Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and transporting materials necessary for display resets.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Proficient in using small hand tools required for fixture installation and modification, including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required, with hours varying based on business needs.
  • Potential exposure to crowded environments, close quarters, loud noises, and low-level lighting conditions.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
