AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a “Housekeeper (Weekend Premium)” position at Hampton Inn in Holland, MI appears to be competitive but may vary depending on local cost of living, employer benefits, and the specific responsibilities of the role. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for housekeepers in Michigan generally ranges from $13 to $18, with premium rates for weekend work often positioned at the higher end of this spectrum.
