Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation in all areas, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Comply with infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and engage in prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Ability to work around cleaning products.
  • Competence in following both oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
