AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “2nd Shift Caregiver/CNA” in Saline, MI, I would need the specific rate you’re referring to. However, I can offer general insights: As of 2023, the average hourly wage for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Michigan typically ranges from $14 to $20, depending on experience, the specific facility, and the shift. Second shift roles may offer slightly higher pay due to the less desirable hours. If your provided rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; if it is below, it might be less competitive compared to industry norms. Additionally, factors like benefits, job demands, and local cost of living should also be considered when evaluating competitiveness. Please provide the specific hourly rate for a more tailored analysis.
