Your Role in Our Team:

  • Drive market visibility across North America through targeted marketing campaigns and online/offline advertising, reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing while collaborating with Corporate Marketing and external agencies.
  • Generate demand and secure quality leads across various marketing channels.
  • Develop impactful sales tools such as presentations, brochures, and eBooks.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute major trade shows, educational summits, customer events, sales meetings, and other relevant internal and external events.
  • Create comprehensive event and marketing execution plans encompassing pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases.
  • Strategize the best methods to showcase Körber’s offerings in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate identity guidelines in the design and approval of event and promotional materials.
  • Establish and manage ROI metrics, timelines, budgets, and workflows to meet objectives and deadlines effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual strategic event calendar, informed by divisional goals and industry insights.
  • Coordinate speaker scheduling for key trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, PR, HQ, and Management, to ensure cohesive event execution.
  • Identify and manage both internal and external services, including vendor management, event logistics, and travel accommodations.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure organizational participation and customer engagement throughout events.
  • Regularly make critical decisions related to trade show and event execution, encompassing vendor management, exhibit design, budget oversight, and overall execution strategy.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in event marketing and coordination.
  • Proven experience in orchestrating comprehensive marketing plans for events, including pre-event promotion, on-site experience, and post-event follow-up.
  • Familiarity with exhibit design and the selection of exhibit management companies.
  • Proficient in developing and managing budgets for exhibitions.
  • In-depth knowledge of event management, including planning, execution, and marketing initiatives.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with adaptability to utilize similar software programs.
  • Competent with marketing software and online applications, such as CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a precise ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Competent in managing company budgets effectively.
  • Proficient with digital communication media and commonly used work programs (e.g., Content Management Systems).
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, businesses, and regions, engaging with various organizational levels.
  • Capable of grasping technical product details and effectively communicating customer benefits.
